As goods are quality checked before leaving our warehouse, the buyer will be liable for any damage to the goods caused while in their possession. For hygiene reasons, items worn will not be accepted for return.
In the event that items are unsuitable, you may return such items, new and unworn, within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. The cost of returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is damaged, faulty or an error made by Moo Amore Boutique.
Returns will only be accepted if recieved within 28 days of purchase in re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. Items should be returned at the buyers cost.
On receipt of the returned goods, we will issue a refund via the original method of payment.
You should expect to recieve your refund within 14 working days of us recieving your package. It is likely you will recieve a refund before this period.

We only accept orders within the UK, We do not deliver outside the UK.
