SHIPPING POLICY

Your order is very important to us, and every effort will be made to ensure your goods are with you in a timely manner.

 

UK Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 for per order. 

Delivery on most occasions is within 3-5 working days.

Please allow slightly longer during busy periods. 

 

In the event you are not present to accept delivery the courier will leave a card.

Please liaise directly with the courier to assist a smooth re-delivery.

 

We only accept orders within the UK, We do not delivery outside the UK. 

Any orders place outside the UK will be automatically refunded. * Please see Refunds for further information.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As goods are quality checked before leaving our warehouse, the buyer will be liable for any damage to the goods caused while in their possession. For hygiene reasons, items worn will not be accepted for return.

In the event that items are unsuitable, you may return such items, new and unworn, within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.

The cost of returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is damaged, faulty or an error made by Moo Amore Boutique.

Returns will only be accepted if received within 28 days of purchase in re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. Items should be returned at the buyers cost.

On receipt of the returned goods, we will issue a refund via the original method of payment.

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 working days of us receiving your package. It is likely you will receive a refund before this period.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Sale items are excluded from our online return policy.

Refunds on returns are at the discretion of Moo Amore Boutique.
